Refunds & Cancellation Policy
skinkraft.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation and refund policy.
You can cancel your chosen product plan.
Please write to us at email@example.com or call us at 1800-120-004488 (9am-6pm, Mon-Sat) requesting for a cancellation. We process the request within 24-48 hours and you will not be charged anymore after that. You will be eligible for a 100% refund. (Please read the “Refund” section below).
Note: The SkinKraft membership cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations after Shipping: For cancellation requests that come in after the products have been shipped, a 'Shipping & Handling' Fee of Rs. 100/- will be adjusted against the refundable amount.
Refund Policy (No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee):
For new members: If you’re unhappy with the results, mail or call us at (firstname.lastname@example.org & 1800-120-004488) to claim your money back. We'll wire 100% of the money back to you - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. We do this in 100% of the cases. No refund will be done before 30 days from the date of the order.
SkinKraft Fair Use Policy
We believe in the satisfaction of our customers, above all. However, in the interest of the product, we have a SkinKraft Fair Use Policy:
Refunds claimed after 30 days will be made available only for the remaining plan duration. Products used in the first month will not be refunded in such a case.
In such a case, products used in the first month cannot be refunded.
In all the refund cases, the products (used or unused) have to be sent back to us at the following address:

For prepaid orders, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of receiving the returned products. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be made to the bank account that you will have to provide along with the refund request.
The ongoing membership will also be automatically cancelled when a refund is requested.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 1800-120-004488 (9am-6pm, Mon-Sat) or email us at email@example.com. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
