Yes. Active subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If you subscribe on a 3 or 12-month basis, you'll be able to opt out of automatic renewal anytime during your subscription.

The first step in placing your SkinKraft order is knowing your skin. You can know your skin with SkinKraft’s dermatologically approved questionnaire. Click here to start the questionnaire. Based on your skin analysis, SkinKraft would recommend products that would suit your skin type. You can purchase the products on the analysis page.

Your customized products will be shipped to you every month.

The plans are:

• 1 Trial Package (Non-subscription): Rs. 1699/- for 1 month. The trial pack is a one time purchase. The trial pack will automatically expire after 1 month.
• 3-Month Package: Rs. 1499/- per month (billed every month). You can upgrade or unsubscribe from the plan anytime.
• 12-month Package: Rs.999/- per month (billed every month). You can downgrade or unsubscribe from the plan anytime.

Yes, COD is available on all plans.

No. SkinKraft’s products are available only as part of your Customized Daily Skin Care Regimen.

Subsequent SkinID™ follow ups and Regimen Reviews will help you fine tune your products to your specific skin characteristics and requirements.

In case SkinKraft is unable to address your particular concerns as determined by the follow ups, your subscription will be cancelled and a refund will be initiated.

Cash on delivery (COD) is available on all plans.

Yes. To add an address or modify your existing address, please login to your SkinKraft account and access the “My Subscriptions” page.

2 to 3. Every SkinKraft Customized Skin Care Regimen comes with your recommended facial cleanser and recommended barrier repair moisturizer. If you have an existing skin issue you wish to address, you will receive an additional customized active complex that tackles your particular skin issue.
